DR JACEK SULMOWSKI

Dr Sulmowski has been practicing as a GP for 30 years. 2007 he came to Ireland and worked both in various GP practices and in hospitals. He is registered on the Irish Medical Council Specialist Division for General Practice. He is a member of the Irish College of General Practitioner.
